Hydrophilic Additive Masterbatch for Nonwovens
- Masterset PP 2026 is an additive designed to improve hydrophilicity of PP spunbond nonwowens.
- Masterset PP 2026 can be spinnable with standard PP fiber processing conditions. Masterset PP 2026 can be dosed in the level of 4.0-6.0 % depending on the denier of fibers.
- Wicking test performed according to M&S P 136 B for 30 min. The socks manufactured using % 5 PP 2026 shows 7,5 cm height whereas there is no rise in the standard socks in 30 min.
