UV Absorber Masterbatch for PC Thick Sheets
- Masterset PC 6020 UV is designed for thick Polycarbonate sheets.
- Polycarbonate sheets can be UV stabilized by using % 18 Masterset PC 6020 UV by coextrusion of about 40 microns.
- The product contains blue and optical brighteners for traceability. Depending on processing conditions, as an indication, when 40-micron film is coextruded on the top layer of the PC sheet and if the cap layer contains % 18 PC 6020 , long term UV stabilization can be obtained.
